I work as a consultant general adult and addiction psychiatrist. I am the Trust clinical lead on drug and alcohol misuse.

As a staff governor, my role will involve a lot of listening and talking to staff members about a range of issues affecting their quality of care and practice and equally important their emotional wellbeing and work/life balance in the context of the work environment. We will work together to see what can be improved and this will be fed back to the relevant people
