I am the Lead Chaplain for EPUT and I also chair the Trust's Faith and Spirituality Network. I have worked for the Trust for 11 years, and have a keen interest in professional ethics and the virtues that underpin our behaviour. I am passionate about equality and inclusion for all, and feel that dignity, kindness and compassion should be at the heart of what we do.

As a staff governor, I bring my chaplaincy experience of being on different leadership teams and forums. I am always looking for high standards of patient care, good practice, vision and change.
