We have been on a continual journey of improvement and are committed to driving forward change, to learn, to listen and to innovate, so that we deliver the highest quality and safest care possible.
In 2021 we launched our new vision: “To be the leading health and wellbeing service in the provision of mental health and community care”.
We have carried out extensive engagement with our service users, and their carers and families, as well as our staff and partners, to look at what we need to do to achieve those goals over the next five years.
Our Strategic Plan for 2023 to 2028 is the result of that work, and sets out our priorities and commitments, and how we will work together to deliver our vision.
